This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Worker in a post-16 young person's placement. This is a 5 bedroom placement based in central Winchester. The Support Worker will be responsible for case management, and working with young people to meet the children's needs, and strengthen their independent living skills. You will be expected to develop positive working relationships with the young person living within the support accommodation placement, and to encourage each young person to achieve their full potential. No day is the same and this role is suited to someone who is caring, outgoing, patient, and happy to fully embrace the excitement and joy of working with Looked After Children ahead of adulthood.
